The calculation formula

This calculator specifically covers the "administrative jobs" formula (grades 6-8), which is the most consistent and widely agreed-upon formula across independent sources:

GPA points = (GPA as a percentage) × 0.4 (max 40 points)
Test points = (test score) × 0.4 (max 40 points)
Graduation seniority points = 2 points per full year since graduation, up to 10 years (20 points)

Important note: teaching positions use a different, less consistently-documented weighting mechanism, and were not included in this calculator to avoid presenting an unverified formula as fact.

FAQ

Does this calculator cover teaching positions too?
No, this calculator is for administrative positions only, because the scoring mechanism for teaching positions differs and is published less consistently across available sources.
What if I graduated more than 10 years ago?
Seniority points cap at their maximum (20 points) once 10 full years since graduation are completed, and don't increase further no matter how much longer.
How exactly are seniority years calculated?
Only full years from the graduation date to today, accounting for whether this year's "anniversary" of the graduation date has passed yet.

Source

The calculation formula is based on multiple independent sources that agree specifically on the administrative jobs formula (GPA 40%, test 40%, seniority 20%), as circulated on the Jadarat platform of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development.
